Terms of Service

These terms and conditions apply to the FlowMemory app ("Application") for mobile devices, created by Daniil Bystrov ("Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Unauthorized copying, modification, translation, or extraction of source code is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.

The Service Provider may modify the Application or its services and reserves the right to charge for features. Any charges will be clearly communicated.

The Application may store and process personal data. You are responsible for your device’s security. Jailbreaking or rooting is discouraged, as it may compromise security and app functionality.

The Application uses third-party services, each with their own Terms and Conditions:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• RevenueCat

Some functions require internet access. Lack of Wi-Fi or mobile data may impact functionality. You are responsible for any data charges incurred.

If you're outside a Wi-Fi zone, your mobile provider’s terms apply. You’re responsible for any roaming charges. If you’re not the bill payer, you must have their permission.

It’s your responsibility to keep your device charged. The Service Provider is not liable if the device is unavailable due to lack of power.

The Service Provider strives to keep the app accurate but relies on third-party sources. They are not responsible for any losses resulting from app functionality.

The Application may be updated, and it is your responsibility to install updates. The Service Provider may discontinue the app without notice, and upon termination, all rights granted to you will end.

These terms may be updated. Check this page regularly. Changes will be posted here.
